Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and CIZU ENTERPRISE LLP ("demiros", "we"). By creating an account you accept them.
1. What demiros does
demiros runs agents that do work across the tools you connect. You describe the outcome; demiros plans it, runs it, and holds anything that leaves your systems until you approve it.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or over and give an accurate email address. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite into your organization. Tell us at platform@demiros.ai if you think someone else has access.
3. Your data and your tools
Your content stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to connect the tools you connect and for what you ask agents to do with them. We act on your instructions.
4. Approvals, and what that means
demiros holds outbound actions for your approval. Approving an action means you accept it, including any change it makes in your own systems. Review what is shown before you approve.
5. Plans, usage and payment
New accounts receive $10 of usage once their email is verified, one grant per person. Paid plans are described at demiros.ai/pricing and include a monthly amount of usage. Model usage beyond your plan's included amount is charged at the model provider's price for the tokens used plus our margin, as shown on demiros.ai/pricing, and web searches at their cost. Sandbox, browser and editor time are included in your plan, within its session limits. You can set a spend cap at any time. Before we charge you for any plan or usage, we will update these terms with payment, refund and tax terms and tell you. Anything you pay your own tool or model providers is between you and them.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use demiros to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to attack or overload any system (ours or anyone else's), to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to work around the limits, isolation or approval steps built into the service. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.
7. Beta
demiros is early. Things change and things break. We do not promise uptime or that a result will be correct. Check an agent's work before relying on it, particularly anything that affects money, contracts, customers or safety.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the service. If a change materially reduces what you get, we will tell account holders by email.
9. Ending it
You may close your account, or an Admin your organisation, at any time. Connections, keys and schedules stop at once, and your data is deleted 30 days after you ask, unless you restore it; until then you can download a copy. We may end this agreement for a material breach of these terms, with notice where it is reasonable to give it. On closure we delete your data as the Privacy Policy says.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows: the service is provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data; and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi, India have jurisdiction.
